- Hotel check-in is on 17 May 2026 at 14:00, and check-out is on 20 May 2026 at 12:00. Guests wishing to extend their check-out time may do so by paying an additional fee at the registration desk. Assistance will be provided depending on hotel availability.
- Accommodation at the congress hotel, Kaya Artemis Hotel, is for 3 nights under the Ultra All-Inclusive concept.
- The package price remains the same for shorter stays.
TRANSFER
Between 17–20 May 2026, transfers (airport–hotel–airport) will be arranged for all participants who notify NETKON.
Round-trip group transfer fee (valid only if at least 10 people participate) is 150 €.
This fee applies to group transfers arriving on 17 May 2026 and departing on 20 May 2026.
For transfer requests on other dates, please contact NETKON.
Any additional taxes that may arise will be reflected to the participant.

Due to the Ultra All-Inclusive concept of the congress hotel, Kaya Artemis Hotel, participants, accompanying persons, or company representatives who do not stay in the congress hotel must pay the hotel’s external participant fee in addition to the registration fee. Evening meals taken at the congress center are not included.
The external participant fee includes:
- Lunch provided at Kaya Artemis Hotel (valid for 17–18–19 May 2026, total 3 days)
- Access to facilities under the Ultra All-Inclusive concept

- All sponsorship payments must be completed before the congress dates. A 10% monthly late fee will be applied to sponsorship balances remaining after the congress.

- Payment receipts and company invoice information (for invoices to be issued after the congress) must be sent via fax or e-mail and confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations made until 17 January 2026, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after 17 January 2026.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress, following account reconciliation procedures.
- If the congress is postponed to 2027 or another year due to Covid‑19 or another global pandemic, or if held virtually, the total amount paid by the company will be deducted from the updated sponsorship fees for the rescheduled congress. If the company cancels participation, the cancellation terms valid on that date will apply.
